This website has been created to allow you to download copies our instructions with regard to assembling our range of Polytunnels. Use the left navigation menu to select the model width. You will then be presented with two types of instructions. One is for use with Polytunnels in which the cover is fitted using Base Rails (BR) and the another set showing the method employed when Trenching the cover (TR).
Polytunnels.TV is the first online video instruction site for the construction of First Tunnels Polytunnels - all the videos are aimed at helping you to construct your Polytunnel. Over the coming months garden writrer and TV presenter Paul Peacock will be presenting a series of tips and tricks and growing advice (as above) for growing in your Polytunnel.
Make no mistake constructing a polytunnel is not a little project to amuse yourself over an idle Sunday afternoon. A 16ft x 30ft can be constructed in a day by knowledgeable constructors but it would be prudent to pencil in two days for a 'virgin' constructor'.
The flip side is that if you can put together a piece of flat-pack furniture, you should have no real trouble in constructing your polytunnel. Should you encounter any difficulties during construction, please contact us.

We are open from 9am until 12pm on a Saturday, but we cannot offer any advice from a member of the construction team, as it's only manned by office staff. Feel free to contact the office with any queries you have, such as shortages/ damages, etc, however, please be aware of the limitations' of the support that may be available.
